How long before our memorial is completed and fitted?

If your chosen Memorial is a stock memorial it will usually take between 10-12 weeks. If opting for a bespoke memorial, it can take up to 20 weeks. We aim to complete additional inscriptions and renovations between 8-12 weeks.

Is the cost of fitting the memorial included in the price?

All free quotations that we give to our customers include fitting in the cemetery and the council or churchyard fees.

Can we alter designs showcased in the brochures?

You can mix and match any design, colour or shape of the memorials shown in the brochure. Our highly skilled craftsman can also produce a custom design from a picture of your choice. Sizes can also be changed to suit council and churchyard regulations.

What is a ground anchor system?

The ground anchor system is used to give better stability and stop the memorial from toppling over. All memorials over 24 inches in height require this for health and safety reasons.

Do you offer a service to renovate memorials?

If you make an enquiry for a renovation or additional inscription we will visit the memorial on site to inspect it. From the report we can then give you advice and your free quotation.

Does the memorial come with a guarantee?

All our memorials come with a 30 year guarantee for stability.

Do I have to be the grave owner to purchase a memorial?

No, you do not need to be the grave owner to place your memorial order. Although the grave owner is usually required to give their consent on council or churchyard applications.

How can my memorial be kept clean?

All polished memorials just need a sponge and water to keep clean. Marble and natural stone will eventually need professional cleaning due to its porous nature.
